What are your hours of service?
Our services are booked by appointment only and cater
to a 7 day flexible
schedule including evenings.
What are your travel perimeters?
Our official range is Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley,
Fountain Hills,
Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, and Gilbert. We may accept events/services
outside
of this area on a case-by-case basis. Please call for
more details.
What forms of payments do you
accept?
We accept credit cards which include Visa, Mastercard
or American Express. We will also accept your Business/Corporate
Check. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
Is there a minimum age limit?
We may treat a person under the age of 18 with written
parental/guardian
permission.We also ask that atleast one adult is present.
In the case of a
spa party with minors (such as a Sweet 16), we will need
parental permission
from every guest & may ask for additional supervision.
What if someone is pregnant?
Luckily, Arizona Mobile Spa caters to pregnant women!
How much time do you need to
book a party?
Weekend parties book up quickly so we suggest that you
book in advance. You may want to book as much as 3 months
in advance to lock in your date. However, please feel
free to inquire about last minute availbility.
Do you offer any discounts?
10% discount for groups of 4 or more are available on
individually priced
facials, body treatments and massage.
Prices on Spa & Mini-Spa party packages already reflect
discount.
There will be some guests that
will "drop by " during my spa party and not
have any spa treatments. Is that OK?
One of the great perks of having an Arizona Mobile Spa
Party is that not
everyone has to have services to enjoy the party. Anyone
is welcome to hang
out & be part of the festivities!
What do I need to book an appointment/party/service?
You will need to hold all services with a credit card.
We accept Visa,
Mastercard & American Express.
What is your party/event cancellation
policy?
For individual services we require at least 4 hours notice
when canceling an
appointment. There is a 20% charge for cancellations made
less than 4 hours
in advance. Cancellations for spa parties and spa packages
must be made 24
hours in advance in order to avoid a 20% cancellation
charge. Changes to
any packages must also be made 24 hours prior.
What if someone who has been
a confirmed guest doesn't show up at the party?
The full fee is expected even if one guest doesn't show
to the party.
However, it is still time that you paid for and you &
your other guest will
receive extra treatments to fullfill that treatment time.
What if someone is late?
In the case of a confirmed appointment - if you are not
present when we
arrive we will give you a 10 minute grace period. We will
then leave & you
will be responsible for the full fee. Should you arrive
late, you will be
given the remainder of your scheduled treatment time.
You are still
responsible for the full fee.
For Spa Parties, we cannot guarantee
full service if someone is late for
their start time. If it fits into the schedule of the
party we will try to
accomodate that guest.
What should I do to prepare
before you come?
You should try to make the space as clutter free for your
utmost enjoyment. We ask that you make sure that you are
at the scheduled location at least 1/2 hour before our
arrival. We ask that you have a prepared space for the
treatments & please keep all pets in another room.
Having good ventilation is a good thing too. We will instruct
you further according to your scheduled event.
